Customer-Initiated Cancellations
More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: 100% refund (after minimal payment gateway charges).
Between 12–24 hours before scheduled pickup: 75% refund (25% retained as cancellation fee).
Less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup or after cab dispatch: No refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations (EasyGoCab)
If EasyGoCab cancels due to unavoidable reasons (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, natural calamity).
You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
An alternative cab may be provided at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Booking Modifications
Changes to pickup time, destination, or trip type must be requested at least 6 hours before scheduled pickup.
All modifications depend on driver and vehicle availability.
Any difference in fare must be paid by the customer.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at pickup location.
If incorrect address/contact information leads to failed pickup.
The booking will be marked as 'No Show' and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund time may vary based on bank/payment gateway processing.
